Routine Maintenance

Our Preventative Maintenance Visits are designed to offer long term savings, as an inspection carried out on a regular basis by one of our fully qualified engineers can highlight faults, which if not addressed quickly could potentially result in causing a major breakdown costing 1,000’s of pounds in repair bills and downtime. All Preventative Maintenance Visits are pre booked and agreed with the client. Our fully qualified engineer will carry out a 100 point inspection of your machine and provide you with a copy of his report listing any repairs and adjustments he feels should be carried out.

Thorough Examinations

Multy Lift engineers are all qualified Thorough Examiners and can provide you with the right certification to ensure your company and forklift truck are up to the current legal requirements.
LOLER: 98 (Lifting Operations & Lifting Equipment Regulation 98) is effectively an MOT for your forklift truck and warehouse equipment.
PUWER: 98 (Provisions and use of Work Equipment Regulations 98) specifically inspects, verifies and certifies the Safety items associated with the machine.
No other mark is supported by the Health & Safety Executive.

Breakdowns

We operate a National Service Centre Freephone Number 0808 100 3430 for logging breakdowns which enables our Service Department to appoint the nearest engineer saving unnecessary downtime.

Parts

Multy Lift can supply parts for all makes and models within 24 hours. Together with our engineers fully stocked vans it enables a first-time-fix, no matter which truck needs servicing or repair.

Workshops

Multy Lift has a 25,000 square feet purpose built workshop to carry out larger repairs and refurbishment of material handling equipment. Multy Lift recently invested in a state of the art Dolby spray booth for re-builds, overhauls or even to replenish your existing machine we also offer corporate fleet branding.

Hydraulic Hose Fitting Facility

Our field engineers and workshop engineers are trained in the manufacturing of hydraulic hoses, with a range of hose sizes and fittings stocked by Multy Lift.

Mobile Tyre Fitting Service

Multy Lift provides a tyre service for all our clients offering a timely and accurate replacement throughout the East Midlands. We have a mobile tyre press capable of 15" Rims and a static tyre press capable of 20" rims.
